Not listed? Rhenium to rice husk ash — if it moves in bulk, tell us the specification and we will come back with an origin. Grades shown are typical trade specifications and are confirmed per lot in the contract.
We do not post other people's offers. Every origin below is a corridor we load, with named suppliers, known ports and a track record on the assay. The list shows what each region is genuinely strongest in — the materials that Asian industry is buying from it right now.
Our operating base and where our paperwork, weighbridges and loading supervision are strongest. Pakistan's mineral belt runs from Balochistan through Khyber Pakhtunkhwa into Gilgit-Baltistan, and most of it moves out through Karachi.
Central Asia is the deepest underexploited mineral region on China's western border, and the corridor is already built: rail into Khorgos and Alashankou, and Caspian options to the south. Kazakhstan alone accounts for the overwhelming share of the region's mineral exports.
The cleanest, fastest, best-financed corridor we work in. Gulf ports load weekly, documentation is predictable, and refiners and smelters there sell on allocations and tenders rather than promises. This is our first recommendation for a buyer who needs volume and certainty.
The fastest-growing source of everything China needs next. Guinea's bauxite output has been expanding by the year, the Copperbelt is the world's swing copper supplier, and southern Africa owns the chrome and manganese that ferroalloy plants run on.
The balancing origins. When a Gulf or African parcel is priced out, or a customer's specification is unusual, these are the alternatives that keep a contract on schedule: Turkish chromite and magnesite, Indonesian bauxite and coal, Indian ferroalloys, Afghan talc.
We will quote the same specification from two or three origins side by side — price, transit time, payment terms and inspection route — so your purchase decision is made on the whole landed cost rather than the headline number alone.
Anyone can forward an offer. What separates a real supply from a wasted letter of credit is what happens between the enquiry and the bill of lading — the inspection, the introduction protection, the contract and the payment instrument. XinCo runs all of it as a standing facility on every cargo.
Third-party, at the load port, on your behalf — so the cargo you are paying for is the cargo that was analysed.
Signed before a single name, price or contact is exchanged. It is how we protect suppliers, mine owners, buyers and the intermediaries who put a deal together.
A real contract, not a handshake. The full trade chain — LOI → SCO / FCO → ICPO → draft SPA → signed SPA — run on a documented, numbered procedure.
Nobody moves a cargo on goodwill. Payment is structured so both sides are covered at the same moment.
From the mine gate to the discharge berth, with one party answerable for the whole chain.
We go to the pit, not just the website. Every supplier behind an XinCo offer is checked on the ground before your name is attached to it.
This is the standard procedure on an XinCo cargo. Steps can be shortened for a repeat buyer with an open allocation, but they are never skipped — every stage exists because something has gone wrong somewhere in the trade without it.
You send the material, grade, tonnage, discharge port and target month. We reply with what we can genuinely do, and from where.
RFQBefore names or numbers are exchanged both sides sign the non-circumvention and non-disclosure agreement. Introductions are now protected.
NCNDAFormal offer with specification, quantity, origin, packing, inspection, Incoterm, price basis and validity, with past-performance evidence.
FCO · SCOBuyer issues the irrevocable corporate purchase order with company details and confirmation of the payment instrument to be used.
ICPO · LOIThe selling contract is drafted, reviewed line by line and countersigned by both parties — quality, tolerance, delivery and payment all fixed.
SPASGS / Intertek samples and assays the cargo at the load port, weighs it, and issues the certificate and sealed retained sample.
COA · Q&Q CERTSupervised loading, then the full document set is presented: B/L, invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, insurance and inspection reports.
B/L · COO · CI/PLDischarge supervision at destination, then payment released against documents — under LC/SBLC, escrow or the terms fixed in the SPA.
SETTLEMENTThe specifications below are the grades we quote most often. Treat them as the starting point for a conversation — the full certificate of analysis from the last shipment of any of these is available on request, and every one of them can be tightened or widened to suit your plant.

Suppliers, mine owners, buyers and traders want different things from the same deal, and most of the friction in this trade comes from treating them as one party. These are the terms we hold ourselves to on each side.
Ask once and we send the set. Every document is issued on XinCo letterhead and signed, and the NCNDA and SPA can be countersigned the same working day.
